All of us can benefit from increased felxability and durability. Athletes need it to recover from intense training and everyday professionals can use it to recover the mind and body from the stressors of daily life. 

Yoga sessions at Combat Fitness Training Facility are based in the "Vinyasa Flow" format in which we place emphasis on a dynamic warm-up and working phase prior to moving into the deep stretching phase of class. Each session utilizes core stabilization and encourages safe alignment with every pose as you transition into an increased awareness of your body and posture.

During the winter months we use the heater to ease us through the warm-up phase then allow our open air facility to transition us into the true environment we live in, not one that has been artificially created nor is representative of where you live and perform.

When you leave our facility and return to your life, all of the over stressed areas of your mind and body will have been replinished.

 

Our instructor is one of Birmingham's best and trains at CFTF.
