
The "6-WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE" is the perfect prescription to take you from your couch to the athlete you want be. Our course is designed to be done 3 mornings a week (approx. 1 hour) for 6 consecutive weeks. During this time you will be educated on healthy lifestyle habits, introduced to the stretching exercises that produce flexibility and begin to rejuvinate the cardio-stamina and body weight strength necessary to progress your fitness. Your class of peers from ALL walks of life will create the stimulating, motivating environment to keep you on the right track day after day. Each week builds the foundation for the next and jump starts the important process of losing unhealthy body fat. The course ends with a two-part final exam workout, that awards the candidate a graduation certificate and class specific t-shirt.
That certificate is then used as your ticket into the next level of fitness.. the "6-Week Basic Training Course".
